Aeromil, with its aircraft, is only active in inter-hospital transportation. The land based ambulances are mainly used for logistical support in the base cities.
Basically, civil aircraft (as is the case of Aeromil) are prohibited from performing rescues on roads, fields, streets, etc., allowing only transfers between health care services. Other services can only be carried out when requested by the competent aeronautical authority.
