| Initial Logistics |

The entire process for the initiation of patient transport is coordinated by the staff on duty, with physicians, nurses and transport coordinators. Contacts are made with the person responsible for requesting the service, who should tell the team the identification of the client, the type of occurrence, and the city and hospital of origin and destination and the clinical information. The Medical Rescue Team will also review the possibility of carrying out the transfer and provide a quotation (for private customers*). |

Once the quote is approved, the flight paramedic will examine the general aspects of the patient (pathology, real possibility of transferring by air etc.), through contact with the unit where the patient is being treated, and check the destination (vacancies must be dealt with by the family of the patient). All possible information will be collected and checked for final confirmation of the flight. Everything is analyzed. It is essential and mandatory to connect the flight surgeon with the doctor responsible for the patient to the effectiveness and safety of transport. |

After activating the service, all the logistics will always be coordinated with the Aeromil base, with landing and departure information and contacts with support ambulances, for example, to avoid missing people at certain locations and delays in customer transportation. Our main concern is to ensure the transport of our patients with the highest security and efficiency |
