The CHETA - Certificate of Recognition of an Air Transportation Company, in Portuguese - is a type of certification that ensures the quality and efficiency of the activities developed by the companies in the sector, and guarantees that a company operating this type of service obeys the standards, requirements, regulations and norms laid down by the National Agency of Civil Aviation (ANAC), for certification of a Public Air Transportation Company, according to the corresponding Brazilian Regulations for Aeronautical Certification. A company possessing this certificate must conduct its activities in accordance with the Brazilian Aeronautical Code, the aeronautical standards and regulations, and also the specifications and limitations contained in the operational specifications approved. The certificate is issued in accordance with the legislation in force and has unlimited duration, except in case of suspension or revocation by ANAC.
Supported by ANAC, we guarantee that the pilots are qualified and properly trained, with periodic retraining and evaluation; that maintenance of the equipment is strictly controlled by engineers and inspectors; and that the company has civil liability insurance, among other criteria.
All this, in practice, means greater safety for our clients, assuring that Aeromil renders services according to all the legal and technical specifications for aviation, offering certainty that they will be flying with a company that obeys the rules of safety and aeronautical control.
